In addition to building custom homes, we also build spec homes.  These homes are built to the same standards as our custom designed and built homes.  Quality materials and craftsmanship are always used.  Everything from the fixtures to the flooring reflect the quality that is built into every Patrick Brannen Homes build.

We also offer other services, such as building retaining walls, special landscaping, or remodeling.  As a General Contractor, we can oversee your special project and ensure that it is completed to your satisfaction.  You do not have the hassle of dealing with multiple subcontractors or pulling the required permits yourself.  These projects are overseen with the same care as our custom built homes.
